Blog-tember Challenge About the Author

Here goes!!  I'm so excited to start this challenge!!  "Sept 1st: Imagine the front sleeve of a hard cover novel. Give us your 'About the Author' so we can get to know one another, and for fun tell us what your imaginary novel would be about."

 

About the Author

 

 

Kasey Wardell was born Kasey Diane Timberlake to her mother and father in Orange Park, Florida.  She was raised in Middleburg, Florida until the age of 9 1/2 when her family moved across the country to Idaho Falls, Idaho where she lived until she graduated from Bonneville High School in 2003.  Kasey then moved to Logan, Utah to attend Utah State University.  Kasey also spent a semester at Brigham Young University-Idaho, but realized USU was a much better fit for her. 

 

 

During her time in Logan, she met her husband (through a funny little experience with his cousin and his brother who ultimately are the reasons they met) Cory.  They were married on February 3, 2007.  Three very short months later, they found out they were a month pregnant...with twins!  On December 16, 2007, at only 35 weeks and 6 days, they welcomed their son and daughter into their family.  Again, just a few short months later, they again found themselves pregnant...with twins!  On October 13, 2008, they were 34 weeks and 1 day and needed to spend nearly three weeks in the NICU.  They were lucky enough to bring their two girls home just before Halloween.  Nine months went by, and they found out they were, again, expecting.  This time it was a single beautiful baby and on April 20, 2010 they welcomed their last beautiful girl, last child, into their family. 

 

 

In addition growing and raising these five babes through the years, Kasey and Cory have spent hours working and going through school.  Kasey's life turned out completely different than the goals and expectations she had all her life but she has tried to make the most of it.  Kasey is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and through her current church callings, has realized how much she loves to teach!  She loves to create~in projects or in singing, acting, and dancing!  She is *slightly* obsessed with sports.  Kasey grew up playing and watching a wide variety!  She is extremely social and thrives on making friendships.   Kasey loves to plan~birthday parties, weddings and receptions, showers, just-for-fun parties, and all sorts of holiday parties.  She loves holidays of every~single~kind!!  Kasey is just beginning her journey in the blogging world, but hopes to take it by storm!

 

AAAAAND~if I were to write a book...no doubt it would be a murder mystery type book!
